Guys, if you are depressed or dealing with something inside that you think you can't handle, PLEASE SEEK FOR HELP.. Suicide is never an answer. There's an entire world out there willing to lend a helping hand.

It'd also be very helpful if inyohang company naay professional therapist whom stressed employees could talk to.

And friends and family, if you know someone who's showing signs of being suicidal, take the matter seriously & provide necessary support. I wonder if his drinking buddies knew priorly about the suicide note on Facebook?
