faster upload than download..? (SMART pocket LTE)

im hoping someone could shed some enlightenment on this. i have a Smart LTE nga portable.. Alcatel Y800. im wondering why the UL and DL speeds are "too" different. i know the device has more limitations compared to ones that can be connected to an antenna of some sort, pero is there any chance ma align ni ang UL and DL? would changing sim card work? salamat ninyo daan. =)

try daw sa laing lugar bro basin ma usab ang speed? plan raba unta ko mopalit LTE pocket wifi, basin ing-ana pud nya ang speed sa amoa lugar.

or try ug lain2x na ip address inig connect nimo. i dont know if pwede ba na cya sa LTE sim na mag change2x ug ip address. kay nasuwayan nako sauna kay 3G & H+ man

sa lain lugar sa balay? same same ra.. off balanced gihapon. i havent tried nga gi dala nako ug layo nga lugar. dili sad ko kahibalo unsaon pag lain nga IP address akong gamiton. hehe.

but doesnt asymmetric connection mean DL speeds are supposed to be faster, sacrificing UL speeds?
