it seems the latest windows 8.1 updates is (edit) -incompatible w/ the previous Atheros drivers.
can send and received small files but bluetooth connection will drop after less than a minute
so dili magamit and bluetooth mouse and other bluetooth peripherals
fix -
tested working on Asus EP121 and on Acer 4750G
perhaps should work on any Windows 8.1 devices with Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth 3.0
download and install the Bluetooth drivers for Aspire V3-572
