If you're a staff nurse, you can apply all your theoretical knowledge and learn thru hands-on experience. You also learn to prioritize and manage your time. You multitask. Here in the States, if you work on the floor (med-surg), you are responsible for at least 10 patients, you get admissions, take care of post-op patients, discharge patients, deal with family members, deal with your co-workers, carry out doctor's orders, know all the lab results of your patients. And that is just in 1 shift.

staff oi.. kasagaran nag CI karon nag tigom pa cguro na para take NCLEX, IELTS, CGFNS etc..

Staff nurse mas rewarding para nako kay you're working with patients bahala na gamay sweldo diri pinas although nindot jud magwork abroad. Then di sad ko ganahan mag CI, dako tuod sweldo pero stressful siya and kung masayop ang students imong license ang nakataya.
ang ka nindot kung mag.CI kay mas ma-master nimo ang mga theories.. kung staff nurse kay mas ma-master nimo ang skills and attitude..

Anyways, para nako if naa ka plan mu abroad go for staff nurse, pero if ana ra sa country nato mg CI kay dako ug sweldo compared sa staff nurse Pero mao na if kwarta ato basihan btaw
