my Niece 2nd Birthday celebration july 18 , 2014 here in Dubai , i made this decoration for her . simple decoration with linking arch balloon , one all pink balloon pillar , one all blue balloon pillar and two pillars at hall entrance with ceiling balloon clusters with hanging butterfly and wall balloons with curl hanging ribbons .
