    As far as I know:

"Philippines did not sign the United Nations declaration on sexual orientation and gender identity, which condemns violence, harassment, discrimination, exclusion, stigmatization, and prejudice based on sexual orientation and gender identity."
An anti-discrimination ordinance has been passed in Cebu City, but can be loosely interpreted. Despite that, there were other incidents before this.

From a straight male's point of view, I suggest that it's high time to welcome lesbians in our restroom as well gentlemen.

This is it! Let us fight for our rights!

Transgender woman ni siya, therefore she identifies as female. No big deal. In my opinion, there shouldn't be a problem except that in her case, sa iyang ID male pa ang naka-indicate. Cause as far as I know, even if one has transitioned fully (with full surgery reassignment) one cannot legally change his/her gender marker in the Philippines. Something that is just normal in the US & Canada.

The anti-discrimination law should be properly publicized as well and explained properly.

Come to think of it, there are still cross-dressing gays who go to male restrooms.

We want equality. The male sector would also want the lesbians to use the male restrooms.
