update sa CR for those who inquired and for additional info for the interested..
original CR is lost, but original owner will execute affidavit of loss.. and we have decided that we will bare the processing of reprinting for the CR.. but please give us time for the processing period as we are not in control of the agencies involved.. as we have inquired it may take minimum of 3 weeks if processed here in our city, plate is YCM 327 so this is under cebu.
