Try it my friend its fun if you have money and connection, it sucks when you dont, ang imung mabuhat nlng kay ang muhilak bisan pag pila ka santo imung sampiton
While naa kay point in some cases, pero kaning case ni Dumpit diri Cebu City, in my opinion walay sagol na politics or pang influensya sa mayor o kanhi mayor.

I'm sure Dumpit did became a hero to those who are fed up with the rampant criminality in the city.
He became a hero sacrificing himself to become a criminal in order to solve criminality at its roots by eliminating the suppose perpetrators. Summary execution is still unlawful and it did catch up on Dumpit.

Killing a criminal is a crime, unless it is your job to do so. But here is the answer "The judge ruled out Dumpit's claim of self-defense saying it wasn't supported by evidence."

If jail nowadays are truly hellish,
then it's better let them in agony suffer in those confines.

It depends bai.

But bottomline to this, let the police do their work. Kung naay moy capability ug kaisog nga mopatay ug criminal inline sa responsibility nga inyong i upheld, I suggest nga pag police nalang mo.

Kung walay kriminal, wala nasay kaso. Ergo, kung walay kriminal, walay pulis. Mawad-an ug trabaho ang pulis. Mao nay logic ninyo?
