How much your parents pay for your school and what school you come from for that reason doesn't matter.

I've hired people from Ateneo de Manila and I've interviewed a lot more from them but believe me, they aren't as good as the price tag their parents pay for.

Of course there are really good ones as well but doesn't come with the school at all.

I've hired more from "unranked" and unpopular state universities.

As an FYI, if you go to Australia, they treat a degree from USC (20% of the cost of "ateneo"?) at par with their universities.
