07-31-2014, 01:33 PM #33464Well here's is how I see it , Mitch , Jim and the rest of FO are thinking rebuilding , to appease Kobe they went out and tried to get Anthony , then hinted on Lebron , since that didn't work they went on full rebuild mode. Signing guys on the cheap , nor long contracts till Nash , Kobe, Hill , Lin's salary are off the books while making some sort of team that was a little better than the last fiasco. Personally I think this team may surprise us , now without getting too far ahead , were not talking playoffs or contending in any way. The prize here is making Mamba happy , hoping we get a steal in the draft ( No playoff run ) and ultimately grabbing a free agent in 15 and in 16. If we have Lebron here instead of Kobe then I'll believe that we're in a rebuilding process, cause we don't have the talent that will qualify Lebron's standards. But we have Kobe and I just hope he will be healthy, Kobe wants to win now, and he believes this team can win, and it sure is possible. I still believe the Purple & Gold will surprise everyone next season.

Looks like the Lakers are seriously interested in signing SF Beasley - as per reports Beasley still has the talent and can still do a lot of damage daw sa team nga iyang apilan which is quite true if given the chance. No 2 draft pick baya ni sya behind no 1 Greg Oden.

One year contract with a clause if he fools around cut him , if lazy cut him , gets caught using , cut him. But if he finally wises up , helps w scoring and can learn a little defense then great for us. No doubt he can help with scoring , provide mismatch and stretch defense.
