PLDT have me waiting for more than 1 month for my telephone and DLS to be transferred to our new address just to know that our area is not serviceable. Pisti! Lami kaayo ipanghagis sa opisina nila! Makayawa! Nanginit akong lawas! They could've just told me upfront katong nag-apply ko for transfer nga dili diay serviceable or dili nila kaya magconnect og linya. Yawa mga tawhana! Now switching to Globe. Way better CSR than those ****ing useless PLDT desk attendants in Jones.

I feel you pain bro. I too experienced this situation a few years back with them. I lost my first/original number and i had to update all my important documents and contact info. Lost a few clients in the process too

Akong mabayaran monthly is 999 (internet) + 600 (landline phone)

PLDT Fibr line ang gigamit pero myDSL ang plan.

so P 1,599 tanan every month.

Dili na pareho sa 100mbps sauna pero sobra pa gihapon sa 3mbps plan nako. hahaha...

so P 1,599 tanan every month.

Dili na pareho sa 100mbps sauna pero sobra pa gihapon sa 3mbps plan nako. hahaha...

depende rani sa location bro kung maka timing ka nga naay fibr line? o ikaw mismo ng add para pataod og fibr line?
