One+ is somewhat related to Oppo, in fact they share the same manufacturing line with them. Maayo unta ilang gamiton ang Oppo marketing arm para mo baligya diri sa Cebu.

For now, this phone is sold officially via invites but online stores are selling them with high mark up price because of the big demand. The cheapest option is to buy it from China through AliExpress.com. at around 20K to 21K including shipping. If you decide to ship buy from these online stores I would advise to use EMS than DHL or FedEx. If you use DHL or FedEx, import tax may range from 2K to 3K but with EMS you will only pay less than 500 for duties and taxes.

I'm in the US. I was one of the winners of their "Storm of Invites" contest and got my invite a week after I signed up.

There are a few minor CM bugs that I've noticed. In particular, the mic volume is low but can easily be fixed if you're rooted. Hardware wise, my screen has a yellow band at the bottom (this is a common issue) but is only noticeable on white pages. People over at the Oneplus forum say this is due to the glue not being fully cured and should go away in a few months. To me it's not a big deal and it doesn't affect functionality. Overall the phone is great and I have not noticed any lag at all. It feels good in my hand and the build quality is awesome.
