seriously, for real world usage like browsing/facebook/etc, is my solution in your area really bitterly slow as you make it sound to be?
however, reality is you are paying the cheapest bracket (1k and under) for internet service in the country and you are already getting faster speeds than 68% of the philippines internet users...but speedtest numbers isnt everything. web browsing should be snappy, facebook should load normally, even viewing youtube should be smooth on our system at 1.50 compare that to a 2-3mbps from other you would experience slower real world performance...15ms ping rate would give you faster user experience on the same computer, unless your computer is slow to begin with then thats another story. over na pud guro na reaction na pagka pait...simply put i dont think the actual performance is anything to complain about (kung wala palang speedtest app i dont think you would notice), however i can understand ur expectation for faster than 2mbps speeds, but the unfortunate reality is the celltower (maintained by smart) is down in adjacent area which is causing the problem and globe's tower doesnt reach your area and sun doesnt have 4g at all so our redundant solution doesn't help you. but comparing it to pldts offer, wow layo ra sad kaayo. bitaw feel free to terminate using our solution (remember we do not hold you on any lockin period) and get their plan999 but i hope you can be a bit more patient as we solve the cellsite issue.
