^ di fix ang RD nimo kay just like a normal BPOs sometimes ma move na na ang RD NOT into weekends, mostly gani if naa na ka sa prod and if dugay nakaabot naka more than 4 months... imong RD would be lat.ang... e.g. Tuesday then friday.. or anydays of the week or weekend...

usually 4am na ang start sa morning shift.

Dili fixed ang sat-sun nga rdbut definitely sunod gyud siya, ex. mon-tue, tue-wed etc.
first shift starts at 5am and last shift starts at 2pm.

TIPI is more on quality, you are TELSTRA already.. not a partner bpo..

Telstra is a great account the only issue is with it's partner BPO's and you can only apply for captive after 6 months with either of the 2 BPO's and it's not a guarantee. Just weigh things out before you move out of your current company so that you won't have regrets.

hello ... mag-apply ku next week sa telstra... any tips sa interview?or exams? ..... same lang ba ang basic sa ilahang with experience?

@ccondz Just be confident during the interview and sa exam its the usual IQ text. Basic will be standard not unless if you're applying for a managerial position. Which company will you be applying TT or TP?
