    try c24/7 product of aim global... dili ka makafeel ug kapoi ... unya nindot sad imong tulog inig pahuway nimu. naa pajud anti aging factor. . complete ba sya na vitamins.ang capsule kay made of vegies so healthy all the way.

    Centrum TS...but i suggest pa tsik up ka basin naa ky lain sakit....diabetes,anemia and others can cause luya..i'm a diabetic person so i keep on exercise, at least 150 mins. a week thru walking and den drink Centrum daily...medyo na overcome na nko ang kaluya..
