Here are the minor issues, I will list them to give the buyers bracket for the negotiation and to get their money’s worth as this is very negotiable but note they are only minor nothing serious. I was also a buyer and I do not like hidden defects.

Light scratches on the paint
Small dents on the door side, but these are visible only when close up
Air condition system is working but not cold anymore.
