Dili ka maka-"hold" or block sa passport or visa sa usa ka tao kung walay kaso sa court. I'm not even sure if the court can issue a hold departure order for a bigamy case. then again di ko lawyer

Balik tas imo problema, I have to be honest with you and read carefully what I'm about to tell you cos this is not plain heresy or what but this is based on facts.

First, based sa imo account on your current situation.
I have to agree on everybody here, nga trying to find way on holding the visa/passport, goin to court , file a complaint ; none of these mentioned will help you dear.
