I applied here in QBE today. I had my initial interview for 10 minutes then I was endorsed to an in depth interview right away. I had it for less than 30 minutes. Others who applied for Customer Support Officer went home right away after their initial interview and was told the company is still on "pooling". Then after my in depth interview, I was told to send a soft copy of my resume to an email address. The recruiter is hoping for me to do it right away. They need it for documentation purposes. Those applicants who are done with their final interview did this too.
Just an information, for underwriters, next batch will start on August 25th. There are currently 89 applicants who applied for this position and they are only looking for 15 people.
I was also asked if I'm okay to be trained in Manila for two months, with free lodging and meal allowances. I just answered yes!
