We are looking to Hire Sales / Admin Staff
Work Involves taking new customer inquiries over Chat, Phone and Emails and responding them in a timely manner to attain sales. Job also involves management of current work load in the system.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Mon-Saturday
Take Inbound Call / Chat Queries
Manage Support Queries.
Admin work for reporting.
Proactively check everything to be on top of things.
Ability to Multitask.
Qualifications:
Previous Sales or Customer Care Experience preferred.
College Level Graduate
Fluent English Speaking
Knowledge of English Writing & Basic Grammar
Basic Customer Service Etiquette
Availability to work in Flexible Shifts during day Time.
Knowledge on Basic Computer Skills, MS Word, Excel, Google, G mail, Skype.
2 Govt Photo Document and Address Proof.
