What I dont understand..
Corona got impeached cause he wrongfully interpret the Constitution by not declaring his own private US$ asset.
now
Penoy cant be impeached even he wrongfully interpret the Constitution by malversation of public funds amounting to billions.

nag hasol2x lang ng impeacment2x sa gobyerno nato, apil naman nas ilang pangwarta, kada session pilay magasto nila para lang sa hearing anang ilang gi file nga complain, mura nalang ug gihimo nila ning negosyo, unya ang ending magsakit ra gihapon, adto ra VMMC or Makati med matanggong ang mga kugtong.
