Maybe because it has been intentionally manipulated by his constituents, why'd the hell his constituents do that, maybe to cover their marks and so on and so forth. Actually it is a multi-sided agenda that often boil out to us. why solely blame him? OMW, please spare me from your lack of understanding of the office of the President, murag wa jud ka kasabot sa scope of responsibility of a president or a leader for that matter. Do you even know what a constituent is? I have an inkling that you don't. protip...All Filipinos are his constituents. dili ra nah pasabot nga direct subordinate niya. You talk like you understand the issue, nya wa man diay ka kasabot unsa nang principle sa constituency.

ok so, If his subordinates, those tasked to gather data for him, are intentionally skewing and distorting the data to embarrass him--a theory I highly doubt (it borders insane), then that speaks volumes about his incompetence. Liman ka, your own subordinates are stabbing you in the back. This in essence is a sign of poor leadership. In this world, we hold the superior to blame, and rightfully so. if kadungog ka anang prinsipyo nga Respondeat superior. So cry all you want for the silly reason that he has incompetent subordinates, but ultimately the subordinates reflect the master.

Nobody said the presidency is easy, but that doesn't excuse a president from making blunders. He has in his hands, essentially, 100 million lives. That's why it is imperative that inept persons should not even dare think about running for that office. You hold a great responsibility where mistakes are scrutinized and never forgiven. You don't even deserve sympathy because, you ran for that office. The job of a president is unforgiving. Of course this is in the context of a working democracy or government. Tan-awa ragud nang mga presidents sa mga progressive countries. Like the U.S. for example, the term is 4 years but they look like they aged 2 decades in the process. It's supposed to be stressful. So save your excuses. they don't get that benefit.

Let's continue following your logic. So say, gi-distort nila ang statistics to embarrass PNoy. Is he that dense nga dili niya ma-feel ang pulse sa iyang constituents? Imu naman gi-cherry pick ang issue.

I know you'll keep denying ngo Pro-PNoy ka, but pareha rasad ka ni Nef, pa kunwari nga neutral pero die-hard diay kaayo.

Woooooow.... Die hard? Definitely not to Aquino's who were also a product of Cojuanco's who enslaved hundreds or even thousands of Filipinos in their Hacienda Luisita. Never in my life that I will support them not unless they start distributing the lands to the farmers who has claim under the REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6657... Woooooowwww...

Still, I agree about what you said about Presidency and what it supposed to do.
You were good at history , you can take it as compliment.
Can you please cite an example of a very good Philippines President who knows exactly what to do, I prefer a President who seated the office after Marcos. A flawless one will be the best example.

If my memory serve me well, there were hundreds of public demonstration each and every President we elect from the past 30 years. None of them was exempted from being the center of controversy and protest.
Why is that? Why we keep doing that? Isn't it obvious that none of it works? Is there any other mean, than ranting (to the president pa jud. lol)?

There is no sense comparing US and PH, you were like comparing Macbook to a basic calculator. They were sophisticated through time more or less they were 50 years ahead from us, so don't think like "when others can do why can't we" quote is true...

And also, don't act like you were the only one who knows a "word", don't flatter yourself. Make it clear and simple, and always remember we are in an internet and Merriam Webster is always ready when needed if your intention is to confuse your respondent by doing some wordplay.

I don't think there ever was a flawless or perfect leader, nor do I expect to see one ever. If you look at things in an impartial way, GMA was a good administrator--of course the conduct of her tenure is subject, but I think she was at least competent. Of course there were things I think she erred during her term, when you think about it, she steered the Philippines through one of the biggest global crisis. That alone deserves recognition. But still you keep making strawman. I really don't understand the point you're trying to put across.

The problem here is you are too quick to throw out an excuse for the president. Nobody should have to throw out an excuse why the president is incompetent or that he made a mistake. There isn't an excuse for incompetence, just accountability. If wa gihapon ka kasabot, then just don't talk about it. People aren't complaining because he isn't perfect, they are complaining because he is going one blunder to another (incompetent).

I don't really care about people who protest day in and day out. I think they are misguided, but good for them for having such dedication and if they really think they'll achieve something from that, good for them. And it is within their right, even if they can be bothersome. However, they occur too often and seen on TV frequently that they are not as effective as it used to be. In short, the people who don't participate in those rallies are desensitized from it. But we're all grown-ups here. We all know how they manage to assemble people for rallies. How you equate ranting/criticizing to active demonstration is silly. People need to criticize in order to be felt, and thanks to the internet, we have a medium. AFAIK, ranting has done more good than nonsensical support or fanaticism for something that is obviously FUBAR. Maayo unta if gamay2x nga office iyang gi daganan, but no. This is the presidency. There should be no room for incompetence.

"Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfills the same function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy state of things."

    Winston Churchill

wordplay? lmao. What the heck are you talking about? "Constituent" is basic English. It has the same root word as "constitution" ffs. If you thought I was trying to trick you by using that word, I guess I'm sorry. XD
