Impeachment complaint is a trend or a strategy. Someone will file a weak one such that any additional complaint to impeach the president will become invalid per the 1-year ban. Oliver Lozano already filed last year which means that the one-year ban will expire on October this year.

The SC in there resolution said that the DAP is unconstitutional but they also said that it help propel the economy lets not get ahead here by saying that like the PDAF w/c was channeled by some Senators&Congressmen to bogus NGO's the DAP goes to projects funded by the Aquino government&unless there is evidence that this were also channeled or misused then the 2 are not the same........If there are heads that should role here it's not the Pres or any cabinet secretaries w/c just implemented it but the Legal team of the Pres w/c gave the opinion that it is Legal......we Pinoys are just pranings&give opinions left&right w/o reading the SC resolution in it's entirety besides it's not yet Final...............
