SA 100K at the rate of 1.49% per month its equivalent to 1,490.00 per month multipy nimo og 24 months is equal to 35,760.00 thats the interest for 24 months. You have to add the 100k a total of 135,760.00/24 your monthly amortization is 5,656.66. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    - usually they get the ATM card of your payroll account. You give them the password and the lender automatically withdraws the borrower's salary during pay-out days like the 15th or the 30th.

Hi, share lang pod ko ha, kung ok sa nu, 5 years ago nag loan ko 100k, i used the amount for small lending business with 5% interest rate to small vendors, 1st availment nila 2k lng, term is 1mo., 2nd availment 3k, 3rd availment 4-5k depende sa record nila kung maayo ba mobayad or dili, pero beliv it or not walay delinquent sa mga borrowers kay kada adlaw ang bayad, ang uban gani 3 weeks pa lang impas na pero 1mo. ang interest ha, karon 700k na ako capital wala nako nag loan sa bank, that f you are planning to engage in this kind of business, kinahanglan sakto sa oras ang pagkolekta sa bayad ug ayaw paugmai ang bayad kay magkadako ang bayronon dha na maglisod ang collection. Unya another secret is group them by 5 para kung ang usa dli kabayad for whatever reason mataplan sa 4 nga iyang kauban sa group. I hope Ive shared little idea regarding lending.

Hi, Endurance. Thank you for sharing your experience. Nalipay ko to hear news like this

Keep it up. Mag-put-up unta akong cousin og lending business and ako ang pamahala-on.

But thanks still, kay maka-encourage imong giingon
