Naa bro. You should buy US or Asian 3ds. I prefer US 3ds since naay Nintendo codes which you can accumulate if you buy 3ds games. The codes will be converted into coins, so the more coins you have you can exchange it to a new game for free.

Games also were region locked. So be careful on some-one who were selling their 3ds at a very cheap price, since it could be Europe 3ds.
