Sounds like a hoax. Water-powered engines have long been tried since the 1950s and they do work! The problem is that they don't work efficiently. The amount of energy (usually in a form of a battery) required to separate hydrogen from water is so high that it would be better to use the same energy to directly power the engine itself. Mao nang uso na pud karun ang mga hybrid ug electric cars. Kung mugamit man gani kag batteria para makaproduce ug hydrogen na maoy mu-power sa imong makina, maayo pag-ideretso na lang nang imong batteria ug gamit para power sa imong makina. whether this is true or not....OIL Titans will not permit it to go in production/commercial use. Look at what happened to pure Electric Cars.....nahanaw nlng sa limot....
