    Sounds like a hoax. Water-powered engines have long been tried since the 1950s and they do work! The problem is that they don't work efficiently. The amount of energy (usually in a form of a battery) required to separate hydrogen from water is so high that it would be better to use the same energy to directly power the engine itself. Mao nang uso na pud karun ang mga hybrid ug electric cars. Kung mugamit man gani kag batteria para makaproduce ug hydrogen na maoy mu-power sa imong makina, maayo pag-ideretso na lang nang imong batteria ug gamit para power sa imong makina. You cannot escape the second law of thermodynamics. Mas daghan ang transfer of energy mahitabo, mas daghan ang mausik na energy.

    The main idea is to create fuel using OTEC technology as power source, the pumped seawater from OTEC is being extracted of hydrogen and CO2.

    whether this is true or not....OIL Titans will not permit it to go in production/commercial use. Look at what happened to pure Electric Cars.....nahanaw nlng sa limot....
