    Default Top 5 Bodyweight exercises for developing ripped muscles


    I've created a blog about parkour and fitness. I've made a blog post about bodyweight exercises.
    What are your top 5 bodyweight exercises that you think will develop your overall fitness?

    ok ra sad na ang m100 but it won't get you too far. It is good cardio and light bodyweight workout. My suggestion to you is to put different type of bodyweight exercises and put it together with m100 or make a different variation of m100 that don't focus too much on the cardio. For example, a light workout just i did recently.

    10 sets, 10 reps of 3 exercises with 15-30 seconds rest in between sets

    1. 10 normal push up, 10 crunches, 10 squats, then rest 15-30 seconds
    2. 10 knuckle push up, 10 normal sit up, 10 squats, then rest 15-30 seconds. repeat cycle up to 10, as much as possible try different variations of push up, sit up, squats in every set.

    try adding pull ups for your back
