Q1 : Once a year lang ang 13 month, usually first week sa Dec or last week sa Nov.

Q2 : just make sure na cleared nka pra ma process nila imo last pay -- it takes 2-3 months pro kron nagkadugay.

knsa sa n u dnhi naay prob sa SSS remittance? i checked my SSS online, and super shock ko ang remittance sa SSS until october ra of last year.. so asa naman an from november up to nw? every month ga deduct cla sa atong pay, asa naman? wa man lagi na post? a friend of mine from another account g check sad nya, until oct ra sad.. ngano man ni SYKES?? wats wrong??

akoa sd. I think every quarter ang pag post nila sa contributions but don't know why October pa ang last contributon. Ang CompBen ra jd ang makatubag ani.

it really pays nga motan-aw jud ta sa atong mga contribution or else di ta kahibaw ani. check daw your HR and let us know what happened.

naminaw mo s Voices? gitubag na man nila ang issue. The problem is not with Sykes but with the 3rd party company that uploads the contributions!
