What my Mom's family did before was they went to all the malls here
in Cebu and presented their proposal with a quotation of the seafood
they can provide. What the malls would do is make a comparison if what
you're proposing is a better deal than their current supplier.

You can also try hotels, schools and food places since food industry
has become so BIG nowadays.
