My phone fell down. After a few minutes, dead pixels appeared. Color black sya. Is there a way to fix the dead pixels other than replacing the screen?

One option is factory reset but its not a guarantee that the dead pixel will be gone. In most cases, dead pixel is due to hardware issue.

dead pixel/s are a hardware problem, hence, they can only be repaired by replacing the damaged part.
no other way to fix it than to have the display replaced.
