Hello Guys;

As we all know, daghan mga cebuano's dili maka conduct og business abroad because they don't have paypal account. This is the harsh reality and whether we like it or not, Paypal is the most widely used payment gateway. Without it, a large chunk of potential income is left rotting.

I know these stuffs because I operate www.philvault.com/services. This is a content provider website, which ang main purpose is to provide unique write-ups for any client. The reason why I am having this operation is because I have an uncle which lives in the U.S. and I am using his paypal account. For others, this become their greatest obstacle.

Right now, i'm targeting $6000 a month for content alone. I'm also currently working on my new membership site. www.plrpromotions.com and hopefully can find a reliable, honest and business partner, who sleeps just 4 hours a day.

Anyway, having said that, what if I can find a good partner (might be you), and together we build a portal where we can help other guys and gals to earn their additional income through one unified Paypal account. It doesn't need to be big right away and I don't certainly know if this is against the Paypal terms of service. But taking into consideration that millions of people are using other people's account, personally I don't think something is wrong with it.

Well anyway, this is only my idea. Weird as it is, but I have proven months ago that there is money in the internet.

I don't think in this lifetime. Our laws on money laundering hampers the implementation. Honestly, xoom is a nice service. I have been using it for sometimes. They are fast and they are big eater when it comes to exchange. But I don't think they will ever be able to play like paypal does. If they do, then they have to beat other payment gateway such as google checkout but even google still unable to surpass what paypal is doing
