    Sad to say, but I'm quite dissappointed with the recruitment team of Cognizant. After I passed the initial interview so diretso nku assessment then they told me that I passed so they advised me to take the next level of exam on the same day but I have it rescheduled kay naa pku work that time. They told me that they will send a message for my schedule. I have not received any message from them so I sent them an sms instead. Didtu na daun ku kadawat ug text na I did not passed so I cannot proceed with the next level of exam. Nalibog ku peru aku na lng pasagdan and I'm just sharing my experience.

    my experience w/ this company is.. not good..

    wai klaro sueldo..
    nya ni resign ko, i applied sa accenture ug UHG, wla ko gdwat ke naa dw cla "gentleman's agreement" nga after 12months pku mka apply from the day nga ni resign ko.. so kng mu resign mu ayaw nlng e declare nga gkan mu ug cognizant.. ke some centers might have this gentleman's agreement w/ cognizant.

    bati ang cognizant, mao na ako experience!

    sa stream/convergys na lang mo apply bay. pwd ta mo ma-refer. i can give you part of the referral, depende sa sabot.

    Sad to say pru yes gamay jud ug sweldo dre, worst pa kay akung experience way kwenta kay by the time nga na hire ko p.e rha ang vacant sa LOB nga akung experience bisan pang SPE jud daw ko, g assign ko pru ang ending ge balhin balhin rha ug maayu. I hope lng nga ma tinuud ilang salary re-alignment this July kay murag alkanse jud me sa mga new hire, wa pajuy incentive, pru infairness ok raku sad akung LOB run ky relax rha I hope dli ma balhin nsad kay kapuy cgeg training2x ug balik ehehe..

    SPE ko run diri, so far nindot man ang akong experience aside sa first pay kay murag nagka gubot kay ang taga India maoy mo hatag sa kwarta. HMO kay intellicare which daghan jud mo ingon nga nindot ang INT. Gamay pa kaayo ang employees sa Cebu, so duol ra sa promotion.

    Downside? Dugay kaayo ang hiring process, ma drain jud ka kay ang ilang recruitment gamay ra ang taw. maabtan jud kag gabie. Pag expect nalang nga naay problema ang imong first pay. Ang training mo last og 3 months for PST, naay uban LOB na mo last og 6 months. (

    PAYTERA 6 months PST? really?!

    then mag start pud ang sweldo inig start sa training?

    pero if nagka gidlay ang HR management & payroll system dha, hilak ghpon ang mga new hires, ayaw na lang! hehehe
