It is human to have desires. Sometimes our instincts tempts us to think that every desire, when it is strong, is thus healthy and reasonable.
We are (almost) without doubt super intelligent beings. So how is it that we are incapable of being 100% satisfied with our lives.
Some people are contented with their present life but it will never be enough to most of them. Personally, I think people often want to possess things that they have not got. They believe that what belongs to other people is better than theirs. Moreover, needs of human are boundless.
Infinite ambitiousness is human’s nature. People have not only essential needs but also many other demands. Thus, the concept of “enough” seems to be too vague. A person might admit “it is enough to me” if he/she owned the world! Along with the development of science and technology, people do unceasing research and invent more and more new means to serve their lives better. Therefore, it is common knowledge in many cases that there is no existence of final satisfaction.
People always try to reach new goals, higher and higher. They hope to gain happiness if they have more things or things like other people. sometimes, the more you have, the more you want...
but then again, depende ra sad na sa tao lahi2 baya ta
ts, looya sad aning thread nimo oi. karon paman gitagaan og panahon nga a replayan.whahaha
Ont: It is the human nature seeking more and wanting something different. if we are satisfied with what we have, our progress will stop and it is not going to happen because it is biologically wired.
“The problem for us is not are our desires satisfied or not. The problem is how do we know what we desire.”
