HEY JUST WANTED TO SHARE THIS GUYS ! FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE STARMOBILE KNIGHT @ JUNREX !

hi, i just wanted to express my frustration about their service and your phone..I purchased a starmobile knight on ( may 23 -14 ) at JUNREX SM CEBU and phone got damage ( LCD problem) after " 8-9 days" . I went to the retailer and i was referred to their service center ( Airtouch ) to have it checked and fixed. To my surprise they are not capable of fixing my phone because they found out that it was a "FACTORY DEFECT" and they have to send it to Manila for relacement parts,etc... AND it will take at least 2 MONTHS to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I was told that they can't REPLACE the phone because it has passed the replacement period w/c is " 7 DAYS ONLY" . I perfectly understand their rules but its seems to me that it is VERY UNFAIR and aggravating to US customers cause THEY don't take CONSIDERATION or any courtesy for this situation. I understand that their employees are doing their job but better treat customers right and DONT LET US SUFFER SA ILANG GUBAON NGA PHONE IT wasn't my fault to begin with, the phone was acting weird after the replacement period. I purchased the phone mainly because i read /heard good reviews about it but somehow it turns out to be different. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ! I had the worst experience ever. Thank you.
