    agree with you peps, if HE HAS NOTHING TO CONTRIBUTE, BETTER LEAVE....

    Excercise really is essential is losing weight. Me and my friends just did the South Beach Diet (but did not strictly follow), just no rice for 2 weeks and had some veggies and meat, and badminton.....
