    Default unsay vitamins na maka pa wa ug kaluya?


    hello fellow istoryans unsay nindot vitamins maka pa wa ug luya? permi lng jd ko magluya gd mid 20s ko then niwang ko but dili underweight i dunno why permi ko magluya i think nagkuwang ko sa vitamins lang siguro? ni stop diay ko ug take when i was still 10+ yrs old

    What they did find is that these high-calorie drinks are having one significant effect – on rampant childhood obesity! These high-calorie and sugar-loaded drinks are making significant contributions to obesity rates and tooth-decay in children.

    B complex ts pampabibo. don't go for the cheap ones. I take multivitamins everyday tag 30 ra instead of buying energy drinks with high calories.

    Get exercise, enough sleep 7-8hrs., vegies and fruits...

    mu alsa man ko from time to time, 7-8 hrs sleep pud usahay but most of time kay dili kaabot ug 7 or 8, mag fruits pud ko usahay and veggies permi pero magluya jd gihapon ko permi

    i have the same problem TS, sakto ko sa tulog sakto sa kaon pero mag luya sad ko. i have found some form of relief now that i take fishoil.

    idk basin placebo or maybe effective gyud sya
