It's actually not a voucher but an Authorization Letter that looks like this:



The last time I checked, buffet breakfast at Puso Restaurant was at Php750 per person.

The voucher/authorization is valid until December 31, 2014. After that, another set of vouchers/authorization will be given. Yes, you are free to choose any booking date (except during Sinulog). If you are going to choose dates that fall on a Holiday (e.g. Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day), it is always better that you book at least a month or two in advance.
