My S4 i9505 wont charge and going to drive me nut! It keeps alerting a low battery power but not charging up. I suspect charger is the culprit becuz I’ve swapped to the spare mpj battery for troubleshooting but nothing deferent. Any suggestion be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Try plugging it on a computer via USB.

brother, its easy to look for different charge from a family/relative/colleague -- this will save your from worrying alot.
use your original battery, and use a Known-Good working charger that has atleast 700ma of charge output, better yet grab a 1amp output mobile charger.
