i've also experienced this for 2 or 3 days when my PLDT bandwidth was freshly upgraded (?) about a 2 weeks ago...just checked, unchecked encryption...dunno if that really did it. but it's been gone for a week already.
Forward your ports properly to get maximum connection!
As for BT choking HTTP, try to limit your download/upload speeds, though I have never tried that problem. It even seems my HTTP has higher priority for bandwidth than BT.
Oh, and if your computer can take it, use Azureus, the most customizable BT client, though it is a RAM whore (unless skillfully tweaked).
By the way, PLDT is on azureuswiki's list of bad ISP's, but I'm stuck with PLDT...
Try to tick "allow legacy connections"... See if that helps. and enable encryption. That worked for me.
And true, azureus is just too much. Eats up a lot of RAM.
naa man utorrent nga dli naka mag-install. mao na ako gamit ron. la sad ko kasuway nga na-error ako mga browser kung mag-gamit ko utorrent
maka hinay azureus.
