check the viewfinder for the exposure before taking the pic.. remember if out gani ka sa sunlight then your setting is in manual mode.. have the ISO set at 100 then dri na ka mtimpla sa imong depth of field sa imong Aperture, maybe you could set it at F4-F12 if without a filter. then shutter speed cguro around 1/1000+.. Kung night or lowlight scenarious, bump up the ISO, pro depende pud ug unsa nga body imo ggmit but on the safe side don't go above ISO800 para iwas lng sa noise.. then leave your Aperture wide open @F4/F3.5/F2.8/F2/F1.8/F1.4/F1.2/F1?hehe.. btaw depende sa imong lente. then shutter keep it at a minimum of 1/30. pro if dili ka kurog ug kamot kanang mura gyug tripod you could go lower. Better yet, use an external flash. also check your white balance pud d i daan.

For manual exposure, Google for Zone System. Here's a tutorial I made a long time ago.

The exposure indicator is based on my antique Canon 450D. I was able to borrow a friend's Nikon and the direction of the exposure indicator is opposite (+ to the left, - to the right) but I also saw some Nikon models which have the same direction as Canon's.

    Hope this helped.
