Hi, sorry I've been out for long. Don't remember the guy I was talking to already. Anyway, we purchased a lot in a subdivision in Agus, Near the airport. Lot's about 40, sqm. I was wondering how we can make use of this area to make a two story house, with two rooms up, and 1 at the bottom with a maids quarters.. I'd like 3 toilet and bath too, if possible.. Wonderin if someone here knows where to buy "colored glass" for kitchen cabinets or someone other than WTCO can offer the said glass... Samples below (gray and white are both made of glass)...

Hope you guys can help on this. We will be having renovations sa among balay kay ang flooring sa 2nd floor which was marine plywood (1/2) gibokbok naman ug anay. Among gipatan aw sa panday unya ang busaog ok pa man kaau kay naka alkitran man, ang marine ra ang nangalata. Ang among ipatrabaho kay ang flooring nalang unta ug sa mga division balik. Unsa inyo masuggest na nice pro medyo affordable nga iflooring.

NagpaRenovate ko sa house ako gikuha karon.. I just got back from the hardware.. swerte nko lang ko kay amo company kay naa discount sa Cebu Oversea Hardware.. I pud na ang Cebu Home Builders.. Dako2 jud magasto parenovate..

more than 100K magasto including labor for room patitions with paints and flooring, living room design and kitchen expansion..

Wow! Hahaha nice! Wla pa ma turn over akoang unit. Dli end unit akoang nakuha oi. Nagdali ko atong kuhaa kay pagka monday mo increase na sila so akoa nlang gikuha. Daku2 pod ila increase around P50K. Basin next year pa ma turn over ako unit. Okay ra sad wla pa ko budget pa renovate. Mag minyo nlang kaha kog amerkano ani para naa na koy budget aahahaha chicka unya pilay imong nagasto tanan ha. Nag pa extend ka?
