unless you are referring to a 125cc vs a 1000cc

CB110 has the "power" of a 125cc engine. Rouser 135 has the "power" (or close to that) of a 150cc engine.

Displacement matters. Try to give both bikes a race to see if displacement is not important.

pero simply putting it.. same basic engine, same/no mods, same bike era, same bike category.. its hard to argue with displacement..
