na, ambot lng pro ako ra na kitan lain solution para inana kay mu require sya momentary disconnection sa batt inside casing which is quite risky. bsin under warranty pa, pailis na lng para safe.

where man nimo gpalit ang imong tungsten E2 bro? as far as I know out of warranty naman na nga device... those type of handheld devices are really prone to battery issue.. kusog moinit ug dali ra kaayo ma drain iyang battery.. Let me ask you this.. if you plug the hh to the charger, does the LED light still light up as Red, indicating its charging? if you wait for a couple of minutes and the LED is not showing up.. then you've got a defective handheld already na bro...

check lang asa nga store nimo gipalit if they still honor the warranty on this.. palm - the company itself considers this hh as End of Life device already bro.. they cant process anymore any repair for that and if naa man gani.. chances are... the cost of repairing outweights the price of just buying a brand new PDA handheld device..
