sa Jollibee banilad - order ko ato dugay kaau ma hatag ang food..nag tabi pa intawn sila nia ako kay nga ngurog na sa kagutom...
sa MCdo ayala - hasta pag serve lang sa ilang spoon and fork bungol bungolan ka ug i deadma..gamai pjud kaay ilang chicken..wa gani ko ni order sa chicken fillet kay gamai g samotan na noun...dli njud mi mo usab...
Same experience here. It took them 48years to serve our food. Plus while nag serve nag bundak2x ang isa ka girl nya ang. pag handle sa mga bowls,plates kutsara tinidor way standard. Naabot ang Food og una din after another 15mins una naabot among rice. To think 2 or 3 ka tables ra ang occupied nag pasabot nga wala kaayuy taw pero ing-ana ka langay ila service. Sukad ato wala name namalik diha

Max's restaurant sa SM ky naay nag dagan2x na ilaga around our feet while eating. Dili lang once but four time nag balik2x ang ilaga.
Max resto sa Manila ky naay tiil sa ok2x ang chicken namo. Wala nami pabayara sa manager but still it was disgusting and we could not even finish eating the rest of our food.
Mang Inasal sa Gaisano Grandmall Lapu-lapu ky ang softdrinks nila laming taya ang out of regular taste na dili ma sabot. Hinay pa jud kaayo ang service.
Jollibee sa Opon Mercado kana tupad sa Rose Pharmacy wins my lousiest Jollibee branch award. I ordered about 150 pcs na burger from them. I asked how long it will take and they said it will be only an hour, and I was fine with it. I returned 1 hour and 10 minutes after and they simply ignored me for 10 minutes. After asking them about my order, they said that I have to wait 30 minutes more. They also added that they ran out of Coke or any softdrink and should order juice but I have to pay extra. I did get my 150 burgers and the juice for no extra cost but after yelling at the manager and assistant manager that they are incompetent and should be doing the dishes instead, hehehe.
Same here, sa RAI RAI KEN sa ayala ang pinaka worst. I brought my family & a friend from Germany to have dinner didto, a few minutes after our orders were served, my eldest daughter choked and almost swallowed a piece of wire which was in her food. I called the waiter to complain, then he immediately took the piece of wire from my hands and headed for the kitchen, then wala na ni balik ug gawas. I had to ask another waitress to call that waiter, nigawas ang waiter from the kitchen nagpa boang boang pa gyud murag walay nahitabo, I asked for the piece of wire kung where it is, the waiter said nga nawala daw niya. So nangita ko sa ilang manager, gi ingnan ko nga nag break pa kuno. So we waited cuz they cannot decide on what to do daw.
When the supposedly manager arrived from breaktime after around 30 minutes of waiting, I found out nga dili diay siya manager, siya diay daw ang supervisor. Mo tawag pa daw siya sa ilang manager kay off duty daw. So nag wait napud mi ug around 15 minutes just for me to talk to their manager.
When I finally got to talk on the phone sa ilang manager, ilisan lang daw mi nila sa kadtong food sa akong daughter nga naay piece of wire, but after I saw the wire from the food of my daughter na wala na among gana mo kaon including our guest from Germany kay gi dugay-dugay mi ug tagad sa mga staff didto. So I got really pissed! We walked out not paying for our food... wala man pud namo na eat even 1/4 of our orders.
