If bored namo sa inyu usual nga cardio like running, cycling, etc. Try ninyo martial arts diba super ka lingaw, ang sakit sa sparring inig sugod rana, once nga mo pagawas nag indorphins ang lawas wa nay sakit puro na lang lami. Been a martial artist for quite some time as my father is. For me the best is muay thai (pwd rapud local version Yawyan)! para nako lang na ha.![]()
I also have BJJ background years ago and I can attest that it really is effective especially when you're opponent is bigger than you. Yep, just let your injury/bone/joint whatever that is, let it heal completely coz kuyaw mosamot na if mabiklan. Lastly, nindot ang martial arts coz instead nga ma barombado ka, mahimo nuon kang disiplinado coz tudloan man kag disiplina ug respeto (labi na ang mga Japanese arts). Pero kung naay manguna, pwd pa nimo magamit pang depensa.
mao ganahan ko BJJ kay gamay man ko and daghan kaayo mubully nako so I just want to learn martial arts for self defense and discipline.
Same kaayo ta ug lawas bro cguro by next month once healed na akong injury mgstart na ko ug martial arts. Bored na kaayo ko sa akong workout routine and na achieve na gud nako akong body type.
