    Agree. I never drink sodas or bottled juice anymore. Mostly fresh fruits and veggies lng ko.

    Ma rice ko na taw mao na dili ko pwede mg diet. Mag exercise nuon ko ug intense mao na mabawi ra jd. Disiplina ra jd na sa self. Dili pud ko hilig ug sweets. If ikaw hilig ka sweets and mag crave ka, inum lang tubig, mawala ra na imung cravings

    Mao lng ni akong tips:

    1. Start your breakfast with food that has high dietary fiber
    3. Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
    4. Increase your metabolism by eating spicy foods, fish, whole grains, fruits and veggies.
    5. Stay away from white sugar, oily, junk, fast, instant, processed foods.
    6. Get your carbs from fruits and veggies
    7. Don't sleep while your tummy is full.
    8. Excercise 30mins a day
    9. Positive mindset + Positive action = Positive results.
    10. Repeat tips 1 to 9

    Instead of eating a full diet once, you should eat in a part. This is a perfect way to control on diet and loose fat

    TS, i would like to share with you my principle about eating "Eat only when you are hungry, Eat only enough but not to the extend you feel full". I hope this could help, mao ni ako gipractice. Ang magpadaot takes a lot of self discipline jud. I dont have extreme execise walking or jogging lang perhaps 30 mins 3x a week.

    ayaw kaon ts, mao ra nay sekreto para maintain ang ka seksi..

    sa tao man siguro na dali ra mo gain.. ako kusog man ko mokaon pero wa sukad mahitabo nga ni gain ko pag-ayo.. naa ko kaila nga 7 ka anak pero sakto ra man iyang lawas.. wala sab sya modako or mogamay.. kung buot hunaon ts kusog to mokaon.. iyang bisyo is kaon ra gid.. diet lang ts para mogamay ka. mao mana ginabuhat sa sister nako.. akong sister is dako pa sa akoa.. pero kung magpa gamay sya iyaha ra buhaton is diet lang.. kabalo hinuon sya mo disiplina para sa iyang self..
