unfortunately, you have to undergo abrasive procedure to remove them.

There could be a lot factors involved TS.

    1. baka alergic ka sa dairy or certain food or water (mgpa skin test ka)
    2. you have autoimmune skin disorder (consult your dermatologist)
    3. poor eating habits (don't eat junk, fast, instant and processed foods)
    4. toxins in your body (hugaw cguro imong dugo or liver)
    5. vitamin defiency (take multivamins to boost your immune system)
    6. unhealthy liver function (root cause of many skin disorders/disease)

    here's what you can do:

    1. take note of the food you eat everyday and try to note down any reactions.
    2. repeat the pocess until you get skin reactions.
    3. try to eat fresh fruits/veggies for 1 week and see if you still get any reactions
    4. avoid rice or dairy product as much as possible

I also had a skin problems/allergies. I did a liver detoxification and my skin problems went away.

Milk thistle ang akong gamit nga supplement. I know its not very popular or you probably never heard of it before because this is actually used for treating jaundice, liver diseases like hepatitis, fatty liver and liver cirrhosis (I don't have any of these, but my father does that's why I bought it). Not only it helps flush out waste from your liver, it increases your liver metabolism, filter your blood and restore/repair your liver function which increases vitamin C and Glutathione production. So I decided to try it myself and experiment. FYI.. the liver has 500 functions, too many to mention (just google it)..

Actually, I've been taking it for almost a month now and I noticed the effect in my first week of using it and I'm very very very satisfied with the results. It was my first time to see my skin so clear(only acne marks/scars left). I don't have kutis artista though, I used to have skin rashes (my face was always red and irritated), heavy dandruff, acne all over my body and face). We all know that glutathione is the master antioxidant in our body, right? and it's also very popular when it comes to skin whitening, anti-aging etc..

FYI.. A lot of people underestimate their liver. Nearly all skin diseases such as eczema, acne and psoriasis, have one factor in common: gallstones in the liver. Almost every person with a skin disease also has intestinal problems and impure blood, in particular. These are mainly caused by gallstones and the harmful effects they have on the body as a whole. Gallstones contribute to numerous problems throughout the body – particularly in the digestive, circulatory and urinary systems. In its attempt to eliminate what the colon, kidneys, lungs, liver and lymphatic system were unable to remove or detoxify, the skin becomes flooded and overburdened with acidic waste. Although it is the largest organ of elimination in the body, it eventually succumbs to the acid assault. The toxic material is first deposited in the connective tissue underneath the dermis. When this ‘waste depot’ is saturated, the skin begins to malfunction. ~Andreas Moritz

yup! I bought it online. I usually do bulk purchase to get discounts. It takes a couple of days to arrive. Naa pud sa healthy options pero mahal kaayo and gamay ra kaayo ang content, not sulit.
