I'd like to work in Japan as an ALT. What are the ways of getting in? Apparently, we are no longer part of the JET Programme.

Doesn't guarantee you can get work in japan. Many pinays don't have work or work in clubs and rely on you know.

Ako gi pangutana ang auntie sa akong asawa nga naa didto, sakto ra daw na nga rate didto basta tipid lang daw.
Walay OT pay didto ang uban naa tingale...zangyou hinoon naa, kana gi tawag nila ug offer time. Japanese style of work, sayo ka mo uli is tapulan ka.
To correct you . OT = Zangyo. Zangyo is Overtime. And there is OT pay. Some companies do not pay in a certain amount of time since their rule is prepaid OT pay, this is mostly true for American Companies. But generally speaking, there is OT pay. In some companies you have to ask permission first before you can do OT too.
