    hayz....after all the hopes and good feedback for this company...the sh!t shows itself when least expected. Yup...politics, power play and crappy HR made my day. And yeah, once you work here, they will not waste any time kicking you out for the slightest issue. AND they will do their best to "hurt" you. Imagine, they will hold your pay even if they kick you out lets say on the 29th and pay is on teh 30th...They will hold it and the answer of HR is "that has been the practice here since ever since".....tsk tsk tsk

    to the HR, guilty beyond reasonable doubt does not exist...tsk tsk tsk...as the many people now resigning coz of the new "DSS" which was not well thought of.I mean yeah, create a new paradigm for the company and toss it to the agents. Bahala na wlay uptraining then kihaon nila coz mka sayop or dili mka perform. Just like telling a baker to build a house then penalize him for making a crappy house.

    same sad sa mga other departments...klaro wlay care sa employees....tuga tuga ug change system na wla testing phase then agents suffer para impress d clients

    dah ambut nla way klaru ang management pasalig sila na ila daw e wave kay halos tnan way bonus niagi nga pay, halos tnan ka resignon na.

    way klaru nga company pagka tihik man diay, way huna-huna sa mga trabahante asta ang mga officer mga wa say pakialam IYA-IYA tnan.

    Default eperformax: Phone screening

    This is the first time I've heard about eperformax, usah man d.i ni sa mga pioneers in BPO industry in the country. Last night lang ko nag submit og application for Customer Service Rep through a job portal, since nag hiring man sila in bulk with 400 FTEs needed. Anyhow, gi tawagan ko sa isa ka taga Recrutiment nila awhile ago and asked if I am interested to apply for the said position. Yes, ofkorz! Interested ko kay ni apply gud ko.

    Then ako napud nag ask niya nicely if mo consider bah sila og contractual employment for CSR position. Nag pa as-if dayun nah wah siya kahibaw sako pasabot, ni anah siya, "What do u mean?" So ako rapud siya gi ingnan na short-term employment lang kay honestly wala naman ko gadahum sa pending application nako sa company that I previously applied before your company eperformax, & I urgently need the money to support my family. Nasuko bitaw nah siya and anah siya na, "our company doesn't offer those kind of services!" *PinaBUNDAK dayun sa phone*. I would have explained to her my case and would have considered as a Full time employee if given the opportunity, pero shut-out man dayun ang door. Fault xad cguro toh nako, pero do recruiters or sourcing associates necessarily have to sound authoritatively and uncompromisingly when they do hot calls?

    Ako gi applyan kay para CANADA man gud, but murag wala namay reply ang agency unya nanginahanlan lageh tag kwarta. Then I found an opportunity in eperformax, at least I thought I did. It's unfortunate that I was not given the chance to compromise with their terms. Anyhow, post lang nako here to share my recent experience in their recruitment process. Take care nalang ninyo. *sigh*

    It would have been best if kadungog ko sa inyuha conversation and i could then form my opinion about how the person on the recruitment side did.
