you mean you want to leave TP na? as for the process, all you need to do iis go to the HR's office and they'll let you answer some questions on the computer just right at the back of the security personnel's desk at the 4th floor, and that's it.

I've heard nga wala daw i-regular ang TP. So long as the account is there, you will be kept by the company, regardless. However, dili daw considered regular.

Is this true?

Also, may I know pila base pay anha then if naa ba annual increase?

Daghan man gud nag share nako og inputs, and most data are conflicting na kaayo.

Your employment in TP is Project-based. as long as napa imong account kay naa ka work. Lets say mag close imo account then you will be transferred to other account daw.

Ang basic pay depends sa imo account man. Sa amoa kay naa increase or tenure allowance every 6months...
