it's PLDT's problem with their routing issues, my direct download speed to some sites are only 0.18 mbps, try speedtest.net to a US server

for now: via 119.95.x.x ip block

Anybody can try to pin 154.53.224.150?
Or better, doing a traceroute to 154.53.224.150

For me, when using this IP, all hops after the gateway will timeout. The site is online, using a proxy solve the access issue.
I am on the 112 ip block.
Either PLDT routing cause this, OR this fuc...g PLDT has censorship implemented without us knowing that.

I'm in the 112.207 block, it really sucks, direct downloads speeds are just 0.20mbps, can't Skype, video call to the US


It's basically Pldt and their routing problems, check their Facebook site, same complaints
